Injectables
We offer a variety of injectables at Niché Medspa, including lipotropic injections, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers. If you’re unsure about which treatment is right for you, our team can help you make the best decision for your needs.

Lipotropic injections are a combination of Vitamin B12 and fat-burning and metabolism-enhancing amino acids. They work with the body to eliminate fat and remove toxins. When used in combination with exercise and a healthy diet, lipotropic injections can help you reach your weight-loss goals.
As we age, our skin loses its elasticity and becomes more prone to fine lines and wrinkles. That’s where Belotero® comes in – it’s a HA dermal filler that temporarily smooths out and fills in moderate to- severe nasolabial folds (the folds or wrinkles that go from the side of the nose to the corner of the mouth).

IV therapy is a safe and effective way to deliver nutrients as well as vitamins to the body because this technique bypasses the digestive system. Supplements are administered directly into the bloodstream, correspondingly making nutrients available for immediate use. With IV therapy you can expect to get 90% of the vitamin, whereas you only get 10-15% with oral vitamins.
Juvéderm® is one of the most well-known and highly respected brands when it comes to dermal fillers. We currently offer four different types of Juvéderm® filler: Ultra XC, Volbella, Vollure, and Voluma. Whether you want to target the cheeks, chins, lips, or fine lines, we have the perfect Juvéderm® filler for you.

Kybella is the only FDA-approved injectable for destroying fat cells in the area under the chin. This can help improve your profile, without surgery. Fat under the chin can be embarrassing for many people, but Kybella is a great non-surgical option with fantastic results.
Neurotoxin injections work by blocking the nerves from activating the facial muscles. When injected, the target muscles are unable to contract normally, which stops the skin from being pulled and results in fine lines and wrinkles becoming smooth. Neurotoxins are particularly effective for eliminating lines and creases on the forehead and brow area. To give our clients options, we carry three different neurotoxins currently: Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®.

Radiesse® is a versatile dermal filler that we use often to augment the nose, cheeks, and chin. It can also be used to correct volume loss in the back of the hands. Merz Aesthetics® says that Radiesse® is “the first and only CaHA portfolio available that provides both immediate, natural-looking results and long-term improvement.”
Restylane® is another well-known and reputable name in dermal fillers. With over 25 years of experience and a large portfolio of dermal fillers, Restylane® can target various concerns. We currently offer: Defyne®, Lyft®, and Refyne®.

Sculptra® is an FDA-approved dermal filler. Unlike other dermal fillers, Sculptra® works by stimulating the body’s natural production of collagen. Collagen gradually replaces lost facial volume, giving you a more youthful look over time. What makes it so special is the poly-L-lactic Acid, a collagen stimulator. A series of treatments provide youthful-looking skin that lasts up to two years.
Thread lift treatments are minimally invasive surgical procedures where dissolvable threads are placed below the surface of the skin to lift, tighten, as well as tone. Nova lifts are made of polydioxanone (PDO) which has been used in surgical procedures for decades. Once placed at strategic locations, the threads provide support and structure while triggering new collagen production.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
Hyaluronic acid is a natural component that can be found in the fluids in the eyes and joints. It functions as a cushion and lubricant in these areas and other tissues. Injecting a hyaluronic acid medical device, such as dermal fillers, into facial wrinkles can reduce their appearance for up to one year. The long-term effects of taking hyaluronic acid orally or applying it to the skin are unknown.
Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA)
Calcium hydroxylapatite is a dermal filler ingredient that has been studied extensively worldwide. It is a popular choice for correcting moderate-to-severe facial lines and folds, as well as restoring lost volume. This dermal filler is known for its elasticity and viscosity, as well as its ability to promote collagen formation.
Polydioxanone (PDO)
Polydioxanone is a synthetic absorbable suture that is composed of a polymer of polydioxanone. It causes less tissue reaction than absorbable sutures with a thread of natural origin and has greater tensile strength and flexibility. This suture is ideal for internal tissues, and for procedures requiring an absorbable suture that can provide prolonged retention and support.
